Working for Service Express

Some of our employees will only work a short time before joining one of our amazing customer organizations.  Other employees may remain as an employee of Service Express providing services to our network.  Depending on your time with us you can expect the following benefits.


Immediate Upon Hiring​

A Living Wage

Accrued paid time off based on 2 weeks of vacation per year

A pay differential of $2.00 per hour for any work performed on a Saturday or Sunday

Paid mileage at IRS allowable rates for all work travel

Paid breaks and flexible scheduling where possible 

Paid training, orientation, and meeting time

Fair and legal treatment

After 90 Days​

Receive full pay for the following paid holidays:

New Years Day
President's Day
Memorial Day
Independance Day
Labor Day
Veterans Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

After the First Year

Wage increase to ensure you maintain a Living Wage

We will pay 50% of your health/dental/vision insurance on our company plan
